How I think about business

Business is not just selling. It is creating value, doing good work fairly, listening to feedback and building relationships that make sense over time.

Not everyone needs to become a customer. What matters is finding a genuine need, real value and a collaboration that works for both sides.

Technology as a tool

I am learning to build websites and applications, working with AI tools and exploring practical uses of technology. Not for show, but to help people, teams and my own projects work better.

How I work

I am not someone who wants to manage only from a desk. I ask questions, work with the team and try to understand reality from the client through to the person delivering the outcome.

I most enjoy the moment when an idea, business objective or client brief turns into concrete team work. That is where you find out whether something works beyond the plan.
